It is information sharing between County Government and interested participants who wish to receive critical, real-time information. The Constituent Services Office manages the Department of Human Resources’ Statewide Call Center. The Call Center provides a variety of information ranging from office locations and telephone numbers to explanations of program policies and procedures. Prince George's County Energy Conservation Tax Credit for Homeowners
A tax credit of up to $5,000 for homeowners who install solar or geothermal energy.
Storm Water Retrofit Rebate Program
For residents, businesses, and nonprofit organizations who install green storm water retrofits on private and public property. Establishes rebates for tree plantings, rain barrels, cisterns, rain gardens, permeable pavers, pavement removal and green roofs. Maryland Weatherization Assistance Program

Healthy Families Prince George's is a voluntary program that provides support to first time mothers under the age of 25, and to the children's fathers. Services include prenatal support, intensive home visiting and mentoring services. This toll-free telephone information/referral program serves the needs of women, children, and families. Prince George's County Department of Social Services Emergency Food Assistance Program
The Prince George's County Department of Social Services Emergency Food Assistance Program acts as a clearinghouse for the distribution of donated food. Over 30 local community pantries and shelters currently participate in the program. The donated food is provided to eligible individuals and families free of charge. Maryland Department of Human Resources Food Supplement Program
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), called the Food Supplement Program (FSP) in Maryland, formerly known as Food Stamps, helps low-income households buy the food they need for good health. Everyone has the right to apply for FSP.

The Laurel Advocacy and Referral Services (LARS)
LARS assists those who need and want to achieve long-term self-sufficiency through tailored services, including long-term case management, employment support, referrals to services, transitional housing program, and a permanent housing program.
